Dispatch and delivery

Orders will be dispatched from either our Melbourne warehouse or directly from the manufacture. Because of this, dispatch times can vary so the approx time frame will be noted on each products description. Once the order has been placed you will be notified via your email with the carrier and tracking details.

The carriers we use are Couriers Please, TNT Express, Toll Ipec, Startrack, Aramex and more. If you're located locally (within approx 40kms of our warehouse) we may opt for a direct run from our in-house delivery system. If this is the case you will be contacted prior to delivery. For any other jobs where a generic courier is used unfortunetly we cannot book a specific delivery day, or have the courier call you prior to delivery. If you need this information or would like an approximate date of delivery please contact us and we encourage you to keep an eye on your tracking information which will be sent to you upon dispatch.

When shipping from our Melbourne warehouse our normal booking method is 'Authority to leave' meaning the carrier will leave the parcel if it is safe to do so (this is generally preffered). If you require a ‘signature on delivery’ booking, please let us know at the time of purchase. If the consignment is shipped directly from the manufacture, they may opt for a signature on delivery regardless. This will be at the discreation of the consignor.

If you require an express service, this may be available but please contact us prior to ordering to discuss your options.

Please note, due to the size and nature of the parcels we cannot deliver to any PO boxes or parcel lockers.

Everybody loves free shipping right?! We endeavour to provide the best possible prices to all our customers and that’s why most orders will have free shipping (all metro areas except WA) but unfortunately sometimes there’s simply locations we can’t ship to for free. Considering the large size and packaging required for shipping mirrors, freight costs can be extremely high, especially in the current climate so we have little choice but to sometimes apply a small surcharge to outer regional, rural, remote and other locations at our discretion.

We obviously don’t like to pass these costs on but hope you can understand our position.

If you are going to have a surcharge applied it will show you at the checkout so no nasty surprises after you make the purchase. You will be fully aware of all the costs before purchasing.

Click and collect

We offer a 24 hour or next business day click and collect service (providing our warehouse physically stocks the item). Orders must be placed before 2pm the previous day.

We do not stock all items in our Melbourne warehouse. Some products will be shipped directly from the manufacture. If you want to collect your order we highly suggest contacting us prior to ordering so we can confirm we physically have the stock.

If we do stock your item OR once we receive your item, you're welcome to collect your order however, again, please make contact with us prior so we can have your order picked and ready to go.

If you simply prefer to pick the order up from our warehouse and we don’t have it, generally we can have the item shipped to us within a couple of days.
