At Masterpiece Mirrors we understand that from time to time the mirror you order might simply just not work so thats why we offer a 14 day change of mind return and refund option.

PLEASE NOTE: Unfortunately we cannot accept returns for Cafe Lighting & Living, Florabelle, Thermogroup, Otti and Warrenbrooke mirrors.

The item must be kept in original condition with no wear or damage to the mirror. It cannot be installed and must be unused. It must be returned in the original packaging. Additional packaging charges will be applied if the packaging is unusable.

Please send us an email at info@masterpiecemirrors.com.au explaining the situation and we can begin the return process.

From there we will book a courier to collect the item and have it returned. If you wish to organise your own return shipping please let us know in the email.

Once we receive and inspect the item and it meets our critea the refund will be processed less the return courier charges.

Refunds can only be made to the original payment method that was processed at the time of ordering.

Please note that a 15% restocking fee applies to all change of mind returns.

While we are more than happy to help process a return we highly encourage you to be confident on your mirror choice before purchasing as the return shipping fees (especially for larger items) can be expensive.
