Masterpiece Mirrors warrants all products sold via our store in accordance with Australian consumer law.
The warranty period provided will be stated on the product page and will be provided by the manufacture of that particular product.
If a product arrives broken, damaged, not working correctly or missing parts please contact us within 7 days and provide detailed evidence of the issues in the way of photos/video.
The are several outcomes we may choose to rectify the issue which depend on the particular fault.
Broken in transit:
Generally for breakages in transit you will simply be sent a replacement. In some instances we may have the item collected but in most cases we kindly ask you dispose/keep the damaged goods already in your possession. If you request a refund in this situation, the refund will be treated as a 'change of mind return', see out change of mind return policy for more information.
Damaged in transit:
Offer to repair the mirror if possible. Have the mirror repaired with an offer of compensation. Offer partial compensation to accept the fault.
Missing parts:
Have the missing parts express shipped to you.
Not functioning correctly:
Send replacement parts if easily fixable and help to instruct repair. Have a 3rd party fix the product at our cost. Replace the item if unrepairable.
Our warranty and faults policy does not include:
Minor damage to the item in a unseen area
Minor variations in color and/or finish
Normal wear and tear
Damage to packaging
Damage from incorrect installation, modification, abnormal use
Minor scratches, chips, blemishes, hazes, marks, dots in either the glass or
frame that cannot be noticed from 2 meters away will be considered
insignificant and not defects.
Some items will have a weathered or aged look to them and is part of the
design and will not qualify for warranty as this is not a fault.
We range a lot of mirrors in particular wood framed mirrors that are made by
hand so machine like accuracy is not to be expected on the finish. Most items
in this style will be designed like this so it adds character to each mirror.
